Instead of asking people to complete cumbersome questionnaires and surveys about their satisfaction with your product or service, it's been proven to be more useful to ask just one question - "would you recommend this product to a friend?" It's referred to as a net promoter score and in company's like GE and Intuit, it's become a very revealing barometer of
customer satisfaction.
