It is definitely a combination therapy and not just mono therapy to address cholesterol issues. One must not look into lowering just the bad cholesterol, increasing the good cholesterol and lowering the triglycerides is a must too. In combination with proper diet and exercise and natural alternatives, I am sure that we can do without drugs to address cholesterol concerns.
