With a nap, you may just generate more energy to do your workout. You may also be less likely to do inappropriate snacking if you nap. As the stress leaves your body/mind, you will have more energy to work. It's always good to take a nap and it will refresh you.

And the best way to do that is by starting to drink water with a couple of Stevia packets added. If you need caffeine, you can add a caffeine pill to your water. This should help you get rid of the coffee.
